Wenige Tage vor der geplanten Verabschiedung eines Friedensvertrags nach 52 Jahren Krieg mit der kolumbianischen Regierung will die FARC auf ihrer sieben taegigen Konferenz die Umwandlung in eine unbewaffneten politischen Organisation beschlieflen.
