EXCLUSIVE: From rags to riches: British boxing champ Anthony Joshua, 27, moved out of his mum’s London council house - and into an £86,000-a-month rented mansion. Exclusive By Chris Johnson for The Mega Agency - With exclusive pictures He’s just netted a bumper £15million payday and is tipped to become the world’s first billionaire boxer. And unstoppable British heavyweight Anthony Joshua was quick to enjoy the fruits of his success - by dropping a staggering £20,000 to rent out this stunning North London mansion for the first week of his new-found global fame, [INSERT PUBLICATION] can exclusively reveal. But after his stunning victory, 27-year-old Joshua was quick to find new digs just three miles away in the plush St John’s Wood neighbourhood - a far cry from the humble abode where his mother still resides. The Olympic gold-winning boxing star, who was born in Watford, swapped communal living for a pad fit for a king, complete with seven bedrooms and five ensuite bathrooms. There’s also a home cinema and wine cellar, plus a tricked out spa, pool and gym - the perfect set-up for him to keep up his training regime. This kind of luxury obviously comes with a hefty price tag — £86,667 a month to be precise — equating to a jaw-dropping annual cost of £1.26million. On top of this, father-of-one Joshua also recently bought a £500,000 penthouse in London’s Finchley, according to recent reports. Joshua, who has won all 19 of his professional fights, will have to keep the money rolling in if he wants to maintain this extravagant spend. But if industry predictions of him being on course to become the world’s first billionaire boxer are right, t
